Vexon was a special matoran who lived in the city Timkue. He was a delivery matoran and a collector. His best friend was Vortrax and he thought highly of Toa Likou . After the attack on Timkue by King of Shadows, gave Toa Likou Vexon his powers. This is why Vexon has the power of time.
